Statement issued by the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement

The Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, the Masar Badil, mourns the martyrdom of Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution, along with a number of his esteemed family members and several political and military leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, Ali Shamkhani, Major General Mohammad Pakpour, and Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi. They were martyred in a treacherous Zionist-American aggression targeting the Iranian capital, Tehran, in a blatant attack on the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a flagrant violation of international law, and a direct threat to peace and security in the region and the world.

The Movement recalls the life of the martyr Sayyed Ali Khamenei and his long history of supporting the Palestinian people, their just cause, and their resistance. This history has been characterized by unwavering political steadfastness, diplomatic and popular support in the face of siege, sanctions and all forms of pressure and attack, and by clear stances in support of Palestine, Gaza, Jerusalem, and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

We reaffirm our full solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran and its people. The terrorism of the war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, and its US-backed policies of aggression, genocide, and ethnic cleansing, will not succeed in imposing hegemony or breaking the will of the region’s peoples. The blood of the martyrs will remain a beacon for the shared struggle against occupation and colonialism, and a renewed pledge to continue the path of liberation and dignity.
