Jaldia Abubakra, a member of the Executive Committee of the Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, spoke about the ongoing arrest, targeting and impriosnment of the resistance by PA forces as part of their “security coordination” with the occupation, noting: “We see that the same figures and security officials and mechanisms in the West Bank that cooperate with the Zionist enemy and target the cadres of the resistance are the very same forces that incite against unity of Palestinian popular organizing in the diaspora as well.”
“The proxy security ‘authority’ in the West Bank is fully complicit in crimes targeting the Palestinian people and their rights. The aim of these arrests is to dismantle and weaken the Palestinian internal front, and to attempt to transform the great achievements, politically and in the field, made through unity and sacrifice, into a heavy burden on the resistance and its popular cradle.
“The ‘self-rule authority’ now fears for its existence due to the escalation of the new revolutionary popular milieu achieved by the armed resistance in the camps and cities of Jenin, Tulkarem, Nablus, Jericho, Jerusalem and elsewhrre in occupied Palestine,” she said.
The Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, urges a strong response to the campaigns of disinformation, rumor-mongering and repression practiced by the occupation regime and the PA, in accordance with the policy of security coordination between the self-rule ‘authority’ and the Zionist enemy entity, with the sponsorship of the U.S. and some reactionary regimes in the region.
Abubakra denounced the inaction of PA embassies around the world, which did not lift a finger against the Zionist massacres in Jenin and Gaza or the daily assaults on Jerusalem and its holy sites.
She urged the resistance forces to respond to a Palestinian popular demand to boycott the so-called meeting of the general secretaries of the factions in order to confront these criminal policies of the Authority, saying that absurd meetings that will be used in service of the occupation’s proxy authority should be cancelled.
