In a clear challenge to the Zionist movement
Jaldia Abubakra, a member of the Executive Committee of the Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, announced on Sunday, May 5 that the Masar Badil will organize its fourth annual conference and a popular international march in the Spanish capital, Madrid, between October 2 and October 7, 2024. The announcement of the conference came during an international media interview political symposium organized by the movement in the presence of dozens of political parties, popular movements and labour organizations from various countries, with Osama Hamdan, a prominent leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas.
The event also included short remarks by Charlotte Kates, the international coordinator of Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, who was arrested and is currently banned from attending events and demonstrations in Canada because of her positions in support of the Palestinian resistance.
“We are honoured to announce that our next conference will be held on the first anniversary of the glorious October 7, as it is an anniversary of victory for our people and the resistance in Gaza, all of Palestine, and in the diaspora,” Abubakra said. She called for all supporters and friends of the movement to prepare for a “new stage of struggle” and to join in organizing the conference and international popular march in October under the slogan, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!”
