The Alkarama Palestinian Women’s Movement is honored to invite you to participate in a unique and momentous event that will take place on October 5, 2024 in Madrid. This gathering, inspired by the first Arab Women’s Congress organized in Jerusalem in 1929 by our brave ancestors, seeks to bring together women from around the world to share experiences and strengthen the struggle for justice and freedom.

Part of the Masar Badil Conference and Activities Week, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path, from 2 to 7 October 2024.
Morning Program: Conferences and Round Tables
In the morning, we will be joined by women from Asia, Africa and the Americas, including indigenous activists who will share their valuable experiences in the anti-imperialist and anti-colonial struggle. These lectures and roundtables will focus on the crucial role of women in resistance and the fight for the rights of their peoples.
Afternoon Program: Cultural-Recreational Day
The afternoon will be dedicated to a cultural and recreational program where the rich Palestinian artistic and cultural heritage will be presented. We will enjoy:
- Art and Music: Art exhibitions and traditional musical performances.
- Dance and Cultural Performances: Dance performances and demonstrations of our customs.
- Photographic Exhibition: A photographic exhibition that will capture the resistance and daily life of the Palestinian people.
This event will not only be an opportunity to learn and share, but also to celebrate our cultures and strengthen the bonds of solidarity between women from different regions of the world.
