Today, we stand before a legacy that has not died, and a voice that continues to echo in the conscience of Palestine.

Fifty-three years ago, the hand of the Zionist enemy assassinated the Arab internationalist writer and resister, Ghassan Kanafani—but it did not assassinate his word, nor did it extinguish the spark of thought he planted in the consciousness of generations.

Ghassan Kanafani was not only a writer; he was a revolutionary with the pen, a fighter with ink. He turned literature into a weapon, storytelling into a lesson, and martyrdom into a beginning, not an end. The body departed, but the project remained: the project of liberating Palestine, which does not die, and the resistance that cannot be defeated.

On his anniversary, we in the Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement renew our pledge to Ghassan and to all the martyrs: to remain on the path they walked—the path of return, the path of revolution, the path to Jerusalem, the path of liberating both the people and the homeland.

Glory to the martyrs, loyalty to Ghassan Kanafani, and victory to Palestine.
