The General Preparatory Committee of the Alternative Palestinian Path (Masar Badil) is continuing its efforts to organize the Masar Badil Conference in Madrid, Spain, at the end of October 2021. The conference venue is confirmed and the local preparatory committee in Madrid looks forward to receiving all of the participants attending!

In this context, we renew our call for the widest possible Palestinian, Arab and international participation. To participate in the conference and reserve your space today, please fill out the registration form. Once your registration is received and approved, the conference organizing team will provide you with all the information you need to participate fully in the event.

The General Preparatory committee urges people, in Europe in particular, to participate widely in the Palestinian, Arab and international popular March for Palestine that will take place on Sunday, October 31, 2021. The work of the conference will begin on the morning of Saturday, October 30 and continue through the afternoon of Monday, November 1.

The popular march will take place on Sunday, October 31, confirming the Palestinian people’s rejection of the Madrid liquidation conference which took place 30 years prior in Madrid, which was then reinforced by the signing of the Oslo accords and the establishment of the so-called Palestinian Authority. The march will also reject the colonization of Palestine, from the river to the sea, marking 104 years since the infamous Balfour Declaration. We call upon all to join the march and participate, organize contingents and bring Palestinian flags, signs and banners to rally together under our common slogan: Liberation and return are our path to a liberated Palestine, from the river to the sea!

Despite all of the difficulties that we have suffered over the past year, especially in regards to the coronavirus pandemic, we have completed the logistical steps necessary and prepared the documents that will be presented at the conference for discussion, amendment and approval. In view of the continuing crises facing the world today and the continuing restrictions on travel, mobility and visa approval due to the pandemic, we will also be providing electronic platforms for a form of remote participation. We will also be working with groups in Palestine, the Arab region and elsewhere to organize local popular events in coordination with the Masar Badil conference to ensure the greatest possible coordination and follow-up.
