The Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement denounced the decision of German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser to ban the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network in Germany.
Comrade Jaldia Abubakra, a member of the Movement’s executive committee, said, “The German decision is based solely on the politics of a fascist, racist government. It aims to target the voice of Palestinian refugees and their natural and human rights to organization, expression, political participation, and support for the Palestinian prisoners’ movement in the occupation prisons.”
Abubakra noted that “the German government’s decision expresses the nature of the fascist German state that supports the racist Zionist entity.” She said that German interior minister Nancy Faeser is working to “cover up the crimes of the occupation and its ongoing war on our people in occupied Palestine, especially in the Gaza Strip, where a genocidal assault is being conducted daily by the occupation, around the clock, for the world to see.”
She called upon supporters of justice in Palestine in Germany to “continue organizing popular events and to confront the racist German policies that target our Palestinian people in Europe and everywhere in exile and diaspora,” emphasizing that the Samidoun Network “will not yield or back down from its positions and will continue its role in exposing the crimes of the Zionist enemy and confronting the Zionist movement and the fascist forces that support it everywhere in the world.”
