Confronting the crimes of Zionism and US-led imperialism

Masar Badil: We call upon all supporters and friends of Palestine to participate in global resistance on the International Al-Quds Day

Jaldia Abubakra, member of the Executive Committee of the Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, called for broad popular participation to confront the crimes of the Zionist enemy through the activities on Al-Quds Day, the last Friday of the month of Ramadan, falling this year on March 28. The Masar Badil movement called for escalation of all forms of popular actions and mobilizations in supoort of the Palestinian people in Europe, North America and South America, developing the global popular movement against Zionist-imperialist genocide in Palestine, and confronting the brutal crimes and aggression against our people in the besieged Gaza Strip.

In an interview with Al-Nour Radio in Lebanon, Abubakra said that the enemy has taken advantage of the ceasefire negotiations and resumed its open war as part of a calculated Zionist strategy. Our message to the resistance camp in the region and its supporters everywhere is the critical importance of strengthening popular mobilization to support Gaza; our support fronts are not only military in nature, but are also comprised of a broad popular movement.

She added that “We have seen massive demonstrations in Canadian, US, French, Spanish, German and other cities. In the Masar Badil and the Samidoun Network, we have called upon our comrades and supporters of Palestine to escalate global popular action everywhere in support of the heroic Yemeni stance confronting US-Zionist aggression on Yemen.”

“We expect dozens of events in the coming days, up to Friday, which marks the International Day of Al-Quds, on the last Friday of Ramadan. We call upon Arabs, Muslims and internationals to go out and participate. If only 1% of the millions of mosques and churches in the Arab and Islamic world join the protests, this movement will have a major impact to halt the Zionist aggression.”

Abubakra emphasized the need for urgent, broad action everywhere, further highlighting the importance of confronting the Zionist movement and the states supporting the Zionist entity, by organizing popular marches and events in support of the Palestinian people and their Resistance, everywhere in the region, among Palestinians and Arabs in exile and diaspora, and everywhere in the world.

Organizations and associations that are part of the Masar Badil movement have participated in and organized a number of mass, political and media activities in solidarity with Yemen, Palestine and Lebanon in recent days, and these activities will continue and grow until the aggression is stopped and the siege is broken.
