Masar Badil: We Reject the Normalization Meeting Between al-Shaibani and a Zionist Delegation, a Poisoned Dagger in the Back of Our People

The Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement (Masar Badil) strongly condemns the meeting that brought together Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani with a delegation from the Zionist entity in the French capital, Paris, under the pretext of “discussing files related to strengthening stability in the region and southern Syria.”

This meeting constitutes a poisoned dagger in the back of our Palestinian people and a betrayal of the sacrifices of the martyrs, the prisoners, and every resister on the land of Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen. It comes at a time of genocide and within the framework of a normalization path rejected by the people, a path that seeks to reproduce the so-called “peace project” and impose political realities leading to surrender to the enemy and serving the occupation and the interests of its allies.

We in Masar Badil affirm that:
Normalization with the Zionist enemy is treason, unjustifiable by any political, security, or economic cover. Any such meetings do not represent the will of the peoples of Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, or of our Arab and Islamic peoples in the region as a whole.

Masar Badil calls upon the courageous Syrian youth, along with all national forces and revolutionary intellectuals in Syria, to confront attempts to penetrate their ranks and pass normalization schemes, and to escalate all forms of popular and on-the-ground struggle in the face of the enemy and its collaborators.
