The Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, called upon the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples and all friendly Arab and international forces to raise their voices loudly for the liberation of Palestinian prisoners and of the imprisoned leader Georges Ibrahim Abdallah, who will enter his 40th year in French prisons on October 24.

The movement issued this call from Beirut, through a member of its executive committee, Mohammed Khatib, to redouble efforts and organize strong, widespread events on October 20 and 21, 2023, in various areas of the diaspora, coinciding with the popular march in front of Lannemezan prison, where Georges Abdallah is held, on Saturday, October 21, 2023.

Organizations associated with the Masar held a series of meetings in various cities in preparation for commemorating the second anniversary of its founding, affirming their support for the efforts led by Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, the Collectif Palestine Vaincra, and the Campaign to Free Georges Abdallah, for the liberation of our brave prisoners and the symbol of the revolutionary cause of liberation, Georges Abdallah.
