In response to the decision of the International Criminal Court to issue arrest warrants against Zionist prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Minister of War Yoav Gallant, Jaldia Abubakra, a member of the Executive Committee of the Masar Badil, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement, said: “The whole world has come to realize the nature of the criminal, racist, Zionist settler regime founded by Western imperialism in occupied Palestine, whose laws and rules are established by murderous militias, butchers and war criminals.”
“The decision of the ICC comes as a natural result of the sacrifices of our people and their just, continuous struggle confronting the occupation and its genocide since 1948, and because of the global popular pressure that can no longer tolerate the crimes of the Zionist enemy and its allies in Palestine and Lebanon, particularly in the Gaza Strip,” Abubakra said, noting that “Many institutions and countries were forced to reach this option because the ‘international law’ has become exposed and is on the verge of death, following the glorious October 7 operation.”
Abubakra noted further, “If the leaders of the Zionist entity are murderers and war criminals — and they are — then the world must stop marketing illusions and talking about making ‘peace’ with this murderous entity. A peace agreement cannot be concluded with a criminal entity that is in fact a Western colony implanted in the heart of the Arab nation, and the world cannot ask us to accept the so-called ‘two-state solution’ that guarantees the existence of this murderous entity in our homeland. What is needed instead is to isolate and boycott the Zionist entity, expel it from the United Nations and all international and regional institutions, and to support the struggle of the Palestinian people to liberate their homeland.”
Abubakra saluted the heroic Lebanese resistance “that acted to implement the just revolutionary verdict against the war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu by targeting his home and bedroom.” She emphasized that “Netanyahu and his government represent the racist Zionist colonial project, and this project as a whole must be eliminated. The problem is not only the individual leaders of the entity, but the entity itself.”
Abubakra denounced the ICC’s equation of the revolutionary leader Mohammed Deif with the Zionist killers, saying that “Mohammed Deif, Abu Khaled, is a national leader and a revolutionary who fights to liberate his people, not a criminal like all the mercenary leaders of the enemy who work in the service of imperialism, Zionism and fascism.”
“This is the moment to double popular efforts to confront normalization with the Zionist entity and end the humiliating agreements signed with it, including those agreements signed by Palestinians, Arabs or orhers,” Abubakra said. She urged that this action be translated into “popular action and a political decision to escalate a national and international campaign to demand the trial and punishment of all officers and leaders of the Zionist enemy, on the path to defeating and dismantling it.”
